Disabled Access and Anti Social Behaviour / Community Projects
The Disability Discrimination Act came into force in 1995 giving statutory protection for people with disabilities.
This Act was significantly extended in 2005 giving additional rights to people with disabilities including access to goods, facilities and services, large private clubs and transport services.
A great number of public buildings had to be and still need to be adapted to provide suitable access for people with disabilities.

Anti-Social Behaviour has become the curse of the 21st Century and Foundation can provide projects which design out anti-social behaviour on housing estates and prevent anti-social behaviour in terraced communities.
We can also provide schemes which prevent unauthorised parking in local communities and upgrade local facilities, i.e. playgrounds and community areas.
